• Grant necessary access to systems or platforms for project completion

5. Intellectual Property

• All custom code, designs, and deliverables created by Innovativ3Developers remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Innovativ3Developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Revisions & Support

• Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreed project scope.

• Ongoing maintenance and support may be available at additional costs.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of completed work and costs incurred up to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
